Delivery and pickup
Delivery within Moscow (within the Moscow Ring Road) is carried out by the Seller or an external courier. Delivery within Russia and abroad is carried out by external carriers under the terms agreed with the Buyer.
Pickup is possible from the studio: Moscow, Bolshoy Kolobovsky per., Bldg. 2 (pre-registration is required).
The delivery cost is calculated individually depending on the dimensions, weight and delivery address; the approximate cost is shown when placing an order, the final cost and delivery time are confirmed by the Seller in the order confirmation and form part of the agreement with the Buyer.
In the event of changes in the delivery terms, the Seller will notify the Buyer no later than 1 business day before the planned shipment date.
For international delivery, the Buyer independently pays and/or reimburses customs duties, taxes and other import charges in the country of destination, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage passes: upon personal delivery, from the moment of actual transfer to the Buyer or their authorized representative; Upon transfer to the carrier – from the moment of transfer to the first carrier (Article 459 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
Returns and Exchanges
Finished goods of proper quality can be returned within the time period stipulated by law: within 7 days of receipt. Returns are permitted provided the goods are in their original condition, packaging, and documentation are present.
To return an item: complete the return form on the website or send a request by email to order@dirtyhands.ru, indicating the order number, the reason for the return, and attaching a photo or video of the item (if required). Refunds will be issued no later than 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request.
Custom-made items are non-returnable unless the Seller has violated quality requirements.
Payment and Settlement Terms:
The Buyer can pay for their order using the following methods:
online on the website (bank cards, SBP); other payment methods specified during the order placement process on the website.
Product prices are listed on the product pages on the website and are subject to applicable taxation. The total order cost is confirmed to the Buyer upon placing the order and forms part of the contract.
Advance Payment for Custom Orders:
If an order is placed as a "custom order" (a product manufactured according to the Buyer's technical specifications), 100% advance payment of the cost of the work is required to begin production, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. Order fulfillment begins upon receipt of full advance payment and confirmation from the Seller.
If the Buyer refuses to fulfill the contract before the actual start of production of a custom order, the Seller has the right to withhold documented actual costs associated with order preparation.
Payment for the order is considered completed upon receipt of funds in the Seller's bank account or another payment service selected by the Buyer. In the case of payment upon delivery (if available), payment is considered completed upon delivery of the goods and receipt of payment by the Seller or its representative.
In the event of a return of goods of proper or improper quality, a refund will be issued no later than 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's request in accordance with the return rules set forth in the relevant section of the website and the offer.
Accounting and tax documents (sales receipt, electronic receipt, and other documents) are sent to the Buyer in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, taking into account the applicable tax regime of the Seller.
Changes to payment terms or payment methods available on the website may be made by the Seller, but such changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid by the Buyer.
